Metal-Air has a 15,000 square foot fabrication facility which allows the ability to easily supply all of your sheet metal needs without having typical wait times or delays that may stall ongoing projects. We work with all types of metals that are found within our industry such as galvanized, aluminum, coated, perforated, corrugated and stainless steel. Our qualified staff can assist customers in the design, assuring optimum performance, durability and attractiveness of the final product.

With the use of our computerized plasma cutting system, this allows for the most efficient use of materials and time. Our capabilities cover the full spectrum of sheet metal fabrication: plasma cutting, shearing, punching, contour cutting, forming/bending, rolling, welding, trimming and finishing to the exact specifications. Our in-house capabilities to create shop drawings of our products allow us to fabricate to almost any shape imaginable.

Qualified Journeymen
Metal-Air’s employees are trade-qualified sheet metal journeymen and apprentices. These craftsmen are capable of performing any architectural sheet metal or custom sheet metal project with professionalism, integrity and reliability.


Air Balancing
Airflow is just as critical as temperature. A perfect balance of a mechanical system provides a healthy environment and ensures energy efficiency.
Metal-Air provides a complete and concise analysis of an entire mechanical system. Our complete analysis is provided to customers in an easy to read, user-friendly report which also includes required solutions on how to improve the current environmental system(s) and keep them operating most efficiently.

Equipment Vibration Analysis
Metal-Air is armed with skilled vibration analyzers to evaluate the condition of equipment and avoid failures.  Modern vibration analysis equipment and software can provide a snap shot of what is going on with the equipment. This information will allow the technician to perform the necessary repairs and prevent costly breakdowns and down time.


Fume and Dust Control
Metal-Air can design, fabricate and install a full range of fume and dust control for multiple applications, from small stand-alone air filtration units to major air handling plants. A qualified and skilled installation team is available to provide the best possible installation solution and our experienced service division is able to provide commissioning, servicing and spare parts for all of our products.
Exhaust ducting, extraction hoods, dust collectors, commercial canopies,  spray booths, fume cabinets, down-draught tables, hoppers, fume arms, roof fans and mist eliminators are only a few of the services we provide as part of the fume and dust control system.
